Professional Bio

Sandra Krebelj is a Media Entertainment Executive with over 30 years of experience in Advertising Sales Administration, Operations and Finance. She has led teams at A+E Networks and TV One, where her leadership style emphasized collaboration, mentoring, and driving operational excellence.

​

Sandra's dedication to leadership and professional growth is evident in her participation as a cohort in the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) 2018 Rising Leaders Program (RLP), a premier development initiative for emerging women leaders in media, entertainment, and technology.

 

Sandra is also deeply committed to fostering diversity and inclusion. In 2022, she joined the Board of Directors for the Women’s Diversity Network (WDN) and currently serving as Board Secretary, supporting its mission to connect and mobilize individuals from diverse backgrounds to drive collective action and positive change.

 

During her tenure A+E Networks, Sandra was a member of the Diversity Advisory Council (DAC) at A+E Networks. As co-chair of the Global Connectedness (GC) subcommittee, she led initiatives to raise cultural awareness and strengthen connections across global offices. She is also a proud Hearst INCLUDE Certified Change Agent, having completed training designed to address workplace biases and promote a more inclusive corporate culture.

In her previous volunteer roles, Sandra served as a member and Vice-Chair of the Long Island Railroad Commuter Council (LIRRCC), representing Suffolk County and advocating for rider needs and service improvements. Her other contributions include leadership in school PTA, Cub Scouts, JDRF Breakthrough T1D.

​

Sandra holds a B.A. in Communication Arts & Sciences from CUNY Queens College and is proud to have been the first in her family to attend college. A native of Croatia, she grew up in the NYC boroughs and now resides on Long Island. Outside of her professional life, Sandra enjoys yoga, meditation, travel, creating digital content and spending time with her family.
